General License Agreement

All video footage on the clip1080 website is protected by Australian and international copyright laws and treaties.
clip1080 and/or artists that provide footage to clip1080 ("Merchants") own all rights, including the copyrights in and to the footage.
clip1080 and/or its Merchants reserve all rights in and to the video footage not expressly granted to you by the terms of this license.
Your rights to use any footage are subject to this license agreement and are conditioned upon your payment to clip1080 for your use of the footage.

Clip1080 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, right to use, modify and reproduce the footage by incorporating it into your work and displaying or distributing that work to the public.

Clip1080 shall be under no obligation to refund any fees paid by you for footage under any circumstances. However, in the event that clip1080 determines that you are entitled to a refund of all or part of such fees, any refund shall only be made to the credit card account originally used by you to purchase footage.
